Terms & Conditions — The Perimenopausal Transition Pathway

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD is required to secure your place in the program. This deposit forms part of your total investment of $1,800 AUD, with the remaining balance of $1,300 due prior to or at your first session. Payment plans are available by arrangement. Please reach out before booking to discuss what works for you. If a payment instalment is missed, access to the program including WhatsApp support will be paused until payment is received.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY WITHDRAWAL: Once the program commences, the full investment of $1,800 AUD is owed regardless of early withdrawal. In exceptional circumstances, early withdrawal may be considered on a case by case basis at Renée's discretion.

RESCHEDULING AND LATE ARRIVALS: Life happens and I understand that. I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Late arrivals will be accommodated where possible however sessions will still end at their scheduled time. All six sessions are to be completed within the three month timeframe, so please keep this in mind when rescheduling.

BETWEEN SESSION SUPPORT: WhatsApp support is included as part of this program for questions and updates between sessions. This is not a crisis service and is intended for program related communication only. Response times may vary and will generally be within 48 hours on business days.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE: As a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I provide clinical guidance within my scope of practice. Where treatment falls outside that scope — such as prescribing bioidentical hormone replacement therapy — I will always refer to and work collaboratively with your GP or relevant specialist. I am not a medical doctor and nothing within this program constitutes medical advice.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Everything discussed within our sessions is treated with complete confidentiality. Exceptions to this are limited to situations where there is a risk to your safety or the safety of others, or where disclosure is required by law.
