Terms & Conditions — The Perimenopausal Transition Pathway

Booking & Deposit : A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your place in the program. This deposit forms part of your total investment of $1,650 AUD, with the remaining balance due prior to or at your first session.

Payment Plans: Payment plans are available by arrangement. Please reach out before booking to discuss what works for you.

Cancellation & Early Withdrawal: Once the program commences, the full investment of $1,650 AUD is owed regardless of early withdrawal. In exceptional circumstances, early withdrawal may be considered on a case by case basis at Renee's discretion.

Rescheduling: Life happens and I understand that. I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. All six sessions are to be completed within your three month timeframe, so please keep this in mind when rescheduling.

Between Session Support: WhatsApp support is included as part of this program for questions and updates between sessions. This is not a crisis service and is intended for program related communication only.

Scope of Practice: As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner I provide clinical guidance within my scope of practice. Where treatment falls outside that scope — such as prescribing BHRT — I will always refer you to and work collaboratively with your GP or relevant specialist.
